Beauty

"Can beauty be defined by age, genders, color, body share or size? Who gets to decide?"
I start my text with this question, but is beauty a concept to be defined?
In my opinion, the beauty is very relative. I can believe that somebody is beauty and other person can believes that isn't.
It varies greatly from region to region, from culture to culture, from country to country
But, there is also other question to do: Which is the most important? inside beauty or outside beauty?
Well, the two are important, the two have their importance. Some prefer physical beauty to mental beauty. Other prefer the opposite.
Then, with those indecision, I can conclude that the beauty is a concept that can't be defined.
